If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will respond as quickly as possible. Please note that various email systems may not recognize our email and send our responses to your spam/bulk mail folders. If you do not get a response from us, please check your email settings and add “wahssie.com” to your approved senders list.

Up to $40, shipping is $6
$41 – $75, shipping is $8
$76 – $125, shipping is $12
Over $125, shipping is FREE
SIZING
We strive to provide accurate sizing information for all our clothes. Please measure your pet precisely to ensure an accurate fit. It is not reliable to purchase items based on your pet’s breed or weight. All sizes are measured in inches. Please see our sizing guide for more information or contact us if you need assistance.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns: We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days after receipt for a full store credit. Items must be in original condition, unused, and accompanied by a copy of your receipt and/or order #. All returned merchandise must be in original condition. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items returned to any other address.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please call or email us. We will work with you to get the outfit that works. Do not place a separate order for replacement merchandise as you will most likely be charged for the order and issued a store credit for the return of the original order.
Any personalized or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Holiday dog clothing and accessories (including costumes) have a one time size exchange policy – no returns or store credit will be given.
For any returns/exchanges, please send the original and unused item via Federal Express, UPS, the U.S. Postal Service, or any delivery service that can track deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Items received after 14 days will not be eligible for exchange or return.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once you have completed the checkout process. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIME
If merchandise is in stock you can expect to receive it in 10-14 business days. Items shipped overseas or personalized items may take longer. In stock items that are not custom-made or personalized can be shipped via 2nd day delivery or overnight if the order is placed in time. Please call or email to confirm that the order can be shipped in time. Rush charges will apply.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, or to any country other than the United States, will incur an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight. Please contact us via email for any of these shipping charges — prior to ordering.
Please contact us for shipping times on custom pieces.
Please double check your shipping address for accuracy. Orders submitted with incorrect address information that are not corrected before they are shipped will incur the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. If applicable, please be sure to include apartment or suite number, correct house number, correct zip, and company name when placing your order. Any error which would render the package undeliverable and returned to us and/or held by the carrier for correct address information, will result in the above mentioned charge. It may also result in delayed delivery.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item(s).
You must contact us within 21 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
